The service

ChiefOS is an AI Chief of Staff platform. It connects to your work tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack), reads data to build context, and delivers an Executive Brief. The service is currently in pilot and may evolve quickly as we refine the product.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may only connect accounts and data that you own or are authorized to use
• You may not use ChiefOS for any unlawful purpose

Data and privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your connected accounts in a limited, review-first mode and do not send, post, or modify existing third-party data on your behalf.

ChiefOS is provided “as is.” The AI-generated briefs and summaries are for informational purposes and should not be relied on as the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChiefOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
